Where orders ship from

Spares Expert orders ship from Australia.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email, including tracking details when the carrier provides them.

Shipping options and costs

The shipping methods available for your address, and their costs, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Your address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we can only change the address before the order is dispatched.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll help resolve it with the carrier. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
