How to find the right part
Most replacement parts are made for a specific group of models, so the model number on your vacuum is the most reliable way to choose.
1. Find your model number
- Robot vacuums: turn the robot over and look for the label on the underside, often near the dustbin or wheels. Many robots also show the model in their phone app under device information.
- Cordless stick vacuums: look on the main body near the motor or battery, or on the battery pack itself.
- Canister and upright vacuums: the label is usually under the body or behind the dust container.
Write down the full model, including any letters or suffix (for example "Ultra", "Pro" or "Max"), because parts can differ between versions of the same series.
2. Match it to the part
- Search for the model in the search bar or use the part finder on the home page.
- Check that your model appears in the product title or details.
- Where a part number is listed (for example on filters), compare it with the part number on your old part.
- Compare the photos and the pack contents with the part you are replacing.
3. Still not sure?
Send us your brand and model number before ordering and we'll help you check the fit.
